SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Foxscapes. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering relationships, and driving sales growth. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting our landscape, and maintenance services throughout the Lansing area.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in account management or a related field, preferably in the landscaping or property maintenance industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Demonstrated sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with Jobber or similar CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
  • Business development experience is desirable but not mandatory.

  • Schedule and manage maintenance routes with the operations team.
  • Provide feedback and guidance for landscape maintenance and lawn maintenance crews.
