Description

Our client is a Manufacturing Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Account Assistant to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Process and review supplier invoices for accuracy and timely payment
  • Handle staff expense claims and related payments
  • Support system migration to Evergreen (data cleansing and verification)
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure compliance with policies
  • Assist with general finance operations and administrative tasks

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Accounting/Finance roles
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Good command of spoken and written English
