We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an
Accounts Assistant. This role will play a crucial part in our finance department’s daily
operations and provide support in various financial and administrative tasks. This role will
require strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a
fast-paced environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
∙A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
∙Prior experience as an accounts assistant or in a similar role is a plus.
∙Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
∙Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
∙Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
∙Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∙Excellent communication skills.
∙Familiarity with accounting software like Oracle NetSuite is a bonus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
Application Question(s):
∙Assist in daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts
receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
∙Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
∙Manage the company’s accounts receivable process, including invoicing, arranging
collections, and customer account reconciliations.
∙Monitor and track outstanding customer balances and follow up on past due
accounts.
∙Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure accuracy of customer &
sales information.
∙Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts and transactions.
∙Performs additional accounting and administrative tasks assigned.
