Description

1. ACCOUNTS PAYABLE & RECEIVABLE

  • Process vendor invoices, match with purchase orders, and verify supporting documents.
  • Maintain records of accounts payable and accounts receivable for shipping operations.
  • Prepare customer invoices for freight charges, demurrage, and other shipping services.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and assist in credit control.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding.
  • Knowledge of shipping documentation (Bill of Lading, Delivery Order, Freight Memo) is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills for coordination with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced shipping environment.

    Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
