JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Assistant with Basic knowledge in Arabic to join our dynamic Business Consultant team. The ideal candidate will support the team in various accounting tasks, manage financial records, assist in financial reporting, and communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking clients and stakeholders. This position requires strong organizational skills, accuracy in handling financial data, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role; experience in a consulting environment is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling financial data.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both Arabic and English.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Accounting Support: Assist in maintaining financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and financial statements.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input accounting data into the system and ensure it is aligned with company policies and procedures.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing periodic financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and budget forecasts.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with Arabic-speaking clients and stakeholders to address accounting inquiries, resolve issues, and provide financial updates.
  • Invoice Processing: Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices, ensuring they are correctly issued and tracked.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Help reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Support to Consultants: Provide administrative support to business consultants and assist in preparing financial documents for client meetings and presentations.
  • Compliance & Record Keeping: Ensure all accounting and financial records comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
  • Other Duties: Assist with special projects and perform other tasks as assigned by the accounting or consulting team.
