Description
We are looking for a talented Account Management Specialist to join our team specializing in Sales for our Power Systems Business in Madrid, Spain. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: * Support Senior Strategic Account Managers responsible for large and strategic Accounts * Compile quotes, budgets, and high‑level project plans for simple to complex opportunities by gathering and structuring technical data, lead times, cost inputs, and commercial assumptions. * Support pipeline management, opportunity tracking, forecasting accuracy, and order intake activities for strategic accounts. * Track and communicate opportunity, order, inventory, and delivery status to customer‑facing sales teams and internal stakeholders, proactively identifying issues or risks. * Coordinate technical and commercial scope definition between customers, engineering, and sub‑tier suppliers such as enclosures, switchgear, and fuel systems. * Receive and process customer orders and organize and lead handovers to project execution, ensuring clarity of scope, assumptions, and responsibilities. * Support design coordination and information flow across engineering, operations, sourcing, logistics, and aftersales functions. * Participate in customer visits, meetings, and events, supporting senior account managers and making decisions in situations where no predefined procedure exists. * Work closely with engineering, operations, sourcing, logistics, finance, and service teams to align customer requirements with internal capabilities and support execution quality, customer satisfaction, and commercial outcomes across complex account landscapes.  Cummins is an equal opportunity employer.
