Description
The Opportunity: PureSpectrum is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Associate to join our team. As an Account Associate, you will provide critical support to the Account Management team, ensuring exceptional client service and smooth operations. This entry-level role is perfect for a self-starter eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment (previous office experience is preferred). This role will report to the Head of Account Management UK. Location: Camden Town, London This is a hybrid role with an in-office requirement of 3–4 days per week Your Responsibilities: Assist the account management team in handling day-to-day client interactions and enquiries. Receive bid requests from prospects and clients and collaborate with internal teams to gather any further project requirements, ensuring accurate feasibility and costing via the Sample Marketplace platform so can prepare and send a proposal Once the project is won, coordinate and manage client project timelines and share the project details with Operations to ensure a smooth and timely delivery. Work with Sales to identify decision-makers through using LinkedIn (or other sources) so that they are inputting into the CRM platform (Pipedrive) Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation. Working with Operations monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively communicate updates to client and PureSpectrum stakeholders. Assist in identifying opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services. Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide informed recommendations to clients. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Prior experience in account management, customer service, or a client-facing role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Knowledge of market research principles and methodologies is a plus. Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
