The Account Associate is expected to work mainly with internal resources to support the Account Manager and Project Management teams. Periodic contact with Clients or on-site technicians will be necessary to complete these tasks.   Essential Job Duties     Support and Administrative tasks for a Project Management and Account Management teams, including, but not limited to: * Communicating with internal and external stakeholders in order to accomplish various tasks. * Record creation within NetSuite, such as Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Return Merchandise Authorization and Field Service Orders * Maintaining and updating the above-mentioned records, as needed. * Entering and tracking requests for Customer Setup in NetSuite * Entering and tracking IT requests for WebForm Development and other integration issues * Initial Project Setup, and assist with site scheduling and/or technician scheduling and payment * Following up with customers to facilitate payment for services. * Creating/updating internal documentation * Tracking project inventory and inbound vendor orders * Tracking outbound inventory * Assist in collecting and communicating invoicing details to the billing team * Update and maintain customer database, as appropriate   Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements * Experience in a customer service environment with high telephone contact. * Understanding and practical application of various software applications, including MS Office Suite and NetSuite (NetSuite experience a plus) * Must have good verbal and written communication skills. * Background in Retail, Hospitality or Restaurant experience is a strong plus Success Factors:  * Must be able to work independently. * Must be analytical and creative when resolving complex issues quickly * Direct, honest communication style and operate with the highest level of integrity * Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Education and Experience * High School Diploma or Equivalent * 1 to 3 years Administrative Experience Working Conditions * Office environment * May require short periods in a warehouse environment * Flexibility to work periodic overtime and/or a varied schedule at times Physical Demands The physical demands listed above are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
