We are looking for an Account-Based Marketing Manager who thrives on creating and scaling digital campaigns that convert.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4–7 years of hands-on experience in account-based marketing, demand generation, and lead nurturing within a B2B enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Native-level German or C1 proficiency is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing ABM strategies that drive engagement and revenue growth in the EU, with exposure to or familiarity with the U.S. market.
  • Strong proficiency with ABM tools, marketing automation platforms, and multi-touch attribution reporting.
  • Experience with lead qualification feedback loops, MQL/SQL alignment, and lead handoff processes.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics, measuring campaign effectiveness and making data-driven decisions. Experience with performance marketing is considered a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

In this role, you will own the account-based marketing strategy and lead end-to-end campaign execution across the EU and U.S. markets. You’ll drive demand and pipeline growth with targeted organic and paid digital campaigns, while designing account-level and MQL touchpoints that nurture prospects into SQLs. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and senior leadership to align with company-wide revenue goals and ensure a seamless journey from first campaign interaction to qualified pipeline.
