OPPORTUNITY

We’re seeking an Account & Campaign Manager with strong project management skills and a passion for client engagement. In this role, you’ll lead strategic, data-driven campaigns across multiple channels, working closely with internal teams and external partners. You’ll use tools like Act-On, BI dashboards, and CRM platforms to ensure every campaign hits the mark.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in customer relationship management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities
  • Confident in making recommendations and guiding clients
  • Experience in project management including budgeting and scoping
  • Comfortable working in both in-person and virtual environments
  • Post-secondary diploma or certificate

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years in B2B technical customer service or related roles
  • Familiarity with Direct Marketing, Direct Mail, Offset Print, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP platforms
  • PMP certification (an asset)
Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture client relationships through clear, proactive communication
  • Collaborate with teams to prepare campaign estimates and respond to RFQs
  • Manage multiple priorities including campaign execution, estimates, and file work
  • Coordinate internal and vendor resources to meet project timelines
  • Research and recommend best practices for technical services
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and production technologies
  • Report on campaign progress in meetings and client touchpoints
  • Occasionally attend client meetings, trade shows, and community events
