Where the team fits in The Account Consultant – Hybrid for realcommercial.com.au (RCA) is a vital role within RCA’s National Sales team. You will be the strategic partner and commercial sales expert, that is the link between our customers and the people that can drive growth and success. The Realcommercial (RCA) Sales Team sits within our Customer Group. The Customer Group is the driving force behind our flagship sites, realestate.com.au and realcommercial.com.au. When you join the Customer Group, you join a cross-functional group of folks representing product, tech, sales and marketing, supported by PR, communications, HR, finance, legal – all the people you need to create products our consumers love and customers value. With realcommercial.com.au being the number one destination for people interested in commercial property in Australia, as you can imagine - the group of legends working behind the scenes are very passionate about what they do. What the role is all about: Manage and maintain relationships with customers utilising both virtual and F2F channels, ensuring their needs are met. Identify customer needs and growth opportunities Grow revenue through subscription and product upgrades, as well as maintaining retention. Drive product and feature usage through quarterly business reviews Maintain strong relationships with RCA team members and across the wider ResCom team including Specialist Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support and Sales Support. Drive a strategic portfolio and territory plan Maintain and grow depth of relationship with key customers and execute effective customer engagement programs. What we’re looking for Someone with a proven track record of building meaningful connections to multiple stakeholders, both virtually and in person Someone with strong communication skills A ‘can do’ attitude Someone who approaches tasks creatively – those who ‘think outside the box’ A ‘people person’ - relationships are the core of what we do. Customers should feel connected and supported You will be a team player, no role is more important than the other in this role Any experience in SaaS is desirable Knowledge of commercial real estate and marketing methods highly desirable Advertising and online experience highly desirable Intermediate Microsoft Office skills Previous use of CRM systems (Salesforce) Looks at tricky situations through a solutions-focused lens Work productively in a fast paced and agile environment - #gsd (urban dictionary will help on this one!)
