POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Client Experience Account Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the Account Management team in delivering exceptional service to our clients throughout their journey with our company.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) preferred, not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients at various levels of seniority.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently, and influence cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide general project/account support to assigned account team
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email, per discretion of account team
  • Process daily orders in warehouse management system, requires some data entry
  • Research & track problem orders
  • Inventory Management for client product and literature
  • Complete all regular tasks/paperwork associated with managing accounts – open jobs and coordinate efforts with all internal departments
  • Provide billing support to account team
