This is an essential support role where you’ll work closely with account managers, internal teams, and clients to keep websites and marketing campaigns running smoothly. You’ll handle project logistics and client communications and help ensure every deliverable is delivered on time and with quality.
This role is a great fit for someone eager to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment or who is seeking a flexible, part-time remote position. The position requires 1–3 years of experience in marketing, client service, or administrative support.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Website service management (70%)

  • Oversee recurring website service plans for multiple clients
  • Perform regular site reviews to ensure uptime, functionality, and visual integrity
  • Coordinate and QA regular site maintenance
  • Respond to client requests for content updates and minor changes
  • Coordinate with developers

Client support and coordination (20%)

  • Assist account managers with marketing campaigns and deliverables
  • Prepare client-facing documents, including status updates, reports, and briefs
  • Join client calls or meetings and provide follow-up as needed
  • Maintain accurate internal notes on client accounts and progress

Project administration and internal collaboration (10%)

  • Participate in regular staff meetings
  • Perform internal “housekeeping” tasks
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, media, and development teams to support campaign and website delivery
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to help improve internal systems and workflows
