We are currently seeking an Account Coordinator.

A successful candidate will be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day customer communication.
  • Enter and manage customer quotes/orders accurately in the system, ensuring timely processing and delivery.
  • Prepare and submit customer quotes based on pricing guidelines and product availability.
  • Monitor and communicate order status updates to customers proactively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, and logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and correspondence.
  • Assist Sales Representatives and Account Managers with account-related tasks and follow-ups.
  • Support resolution of customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

  • Associate?s or Bachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 3?5 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or account management (preferred but not required).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
