MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field or
  • 3+ years of professional experience in business administration and experience in project or program coordination, client interface, and data entry
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to frequent timeline changes with complex, long-term projects
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
  • Strong customer service and teamwork orientation
  • Complete fluency in Chinese and English with work experience that involves professional, technical written communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience using database systems and remote applications for communication such as Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, etc.
  • Initiative and ability to work independently, responsive and adaptive to team environment
  • Commitment to SCS values and environmental issues

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous coordination experience with third party certification
  • Previous account or administrative coordination experience
  • Multi-lingual fluency in another language

Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients and affiliates by responding promptly to their questions and requests and providing support in understanding requirements and continuing their certification services
  • Create and manage a portfolio of audit projects
  • Provide audit support for clients and affiliates related to scoping, pricing, and scheduling audits
  • Oversee auditor and affiliate workflow by assisting in process development, sending and streamlining audit status updates, and facilitating communications
  • Ensure consistent flow of audit projects portfolio to contribute to financial goals and meet required certification timelines
  • Coordinate with managers, technical team members, and account management team members to deliver solutions that meet client and program needs
  • Acquire expert knowledge of each certification program’s requirements and objectives
  • Support the maintenance and implementation of program quality system by maintaining documents, records, and progress tracking to maintain compliance with SCS quality management systems and/or the rules of the relevant certification scheme
