We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves working with people and building relationships with clients and colleagues.
The successful candidate will be a great communicator, highly organized with the right mix of experience and the willingness to learn new things.

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience in a Contact Centre, fundraising, or a service-based industry.
  • Experience in an Account Coordination, Customer Service, or Administrative role.
  • Exposure to direct marketing or project coordination is highly desirable.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hands-on, service-focused role in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
You will be working closely with a 200-seat Contact Centre, servicing a range of incredible charities, from well-known, respected brands to smaller, equally important causes.
As an Account Coordinator, you will support the management and execution of tele-fundraising campaigns, ensuring smooth operations and successful outcomes. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to coordinate campaign logistics, track progress, and maintain high-quality service delivery.
This role requires strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and internal teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in coordinating and executing tele-fundraising campaigns from inception to completion.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations managed effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Call Centre, Data, Quality Assurance) to support campaign setup and execution.
  • Work with external parties, including Data Analysts, Digital Consultants, and Creative Agencies, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Monitor campaign performance, compile reports, and provide insights to improve results.
  • Ensure all administrative and logistical aspects of campaigns are completed accurately and on time.
  • Support Account Managers in client communications, reporting, and strategic planning.
  • Troubleshoot any campaign issues and escalate as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
