Position Description: Account Coordinator
Supervisor’s Title: Training & Development Lead
Position Type: Regular Part-Time, Non-Exempt (20-25 hours/week)

HRMS continues to grow rapidly and has expanded their reach nationwide with services and resources for Church Executives, HR Staff and Ministry Managers. A few of these services and resources include HR audits, compensation audits, HR essentials, conferences, webinars, and online learning modules.

Responsibilities

The role of the Account Coordinator is to work closely with our Business Development team to keep things running smoothly as we grow. Your main focus will be tracking and managing potential clients. You’ll help improve our systems to make it easier to turn interest into real business, and once a new client is on board, you’ll make sure everything is ready for our Operations team to take over.
