Description Goal of Role This position is responsible for sales support, including executing sales tasks, cross functional team support and customer sales data management, to deliver National Account and Key Account equipment programs, customization cooler programs and turnkey refrigeration projects. This role is structured as a hybrid position, offering a combination of in-office and remote work to support flexibility while maintaining strong team collaboration and operational efficiency. Tasks Qualify customer requirements to support Key Account and National Account Managers Monitor project and task status including schedule in Projectmates and SAP Coordinate with Production and Logistics to identify and prepare, and ship equipment for Customer projects, orders and events; work with logistics to coordinate equipment returns, as required Maintain orders in ZOHO/SAP with updated delivery dates Create Orders in ZOHO based on Price Books for Key / House Accounts Assist with SAP order invoicing Process the Cabinet Exchange orders in Projectmates and SAP in coordination with Customer Service Team Manage customer questions, communicate with team members to track and manage tasks to ensure that they are completed with high quality, on-time, and within budget Create and disseminate project status reports as needed for Key Accounts Actively participate in continuous improvement projects individually or as a member of cross functional teams Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Decision-making and leadership competencies Ability to collect, organize and analyze data and use data to make effective decisions Professional communication skills (written and verbal) and a solid understanding of the importance of customer service, conflict resolution and negotiation abilities Strong organization and time management skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Job specification/expertise Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for degree Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in an account management or similar role required Special requirements Ability to read and interpret purchase orders, product equipment drawings as it relates to the company’s products Previous experience with CRM software applications, MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and ERP systems (i.e. SAP) Familiar with Sales performance metrics Physical requirements Must be able to walk/move about a 144,000 sq ft manufacturing facility: 15% of the time Must be able to stand/walk/move about specific work area: 15% of the time Must be able to bend/reach/twist/stoop: 5% of the time Must be able to lift up to 15lbs on a frequent basis: 5% of the time Must be able to lift over 15lbs on an infrequent basis: 10% of the time Must be able to work and operate a computer: 90% of the time Vision is required to analyze and process work; and to work on computers and other office equipment Hearing is essential for safety reasons; and to communicate with employees, supervisors, managers, vendors, suppliers and customers via conversation, group meetings, and/or phone conferences
