Responsibilities

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Provide frontline support to new and existing Kinatico customers via phone and email.
  • Assist with customer onboarding and product configuration.
  • Proactively manage customer accounts to ensure a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Professional Services to deliver customer success.
  • Identify opportunities to help customers get more value from our platforms.
