At LG2, The Account Coordinator plays a pivotal role in providing day-to-day logistical and operational support for the Account team. They ensure that the team stays organized and operates efficiently. This role requires versatility, as the Account Coordinator adeptly supports numerous functions while acquiring fundamental knowledge to grow in the field of account management. The Account Coordinator serves as a constant support for the entire Account Service team, contributing significantly to maintaining smooth operations and streamlining processes. Their efforts are essential in keeping projects on track, fostering clear communication, and delivering exceptional service to clients. As they progress, the Account Coordinator will deepen their understanding of the industry and agency operations, becoming invaluable in facilitating successful outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive support to the Account Manager (AM), Account Supervisor (AS), Account Director (AD), and Group Director (GD) on their team, ensuring all tasks and projects run smoothly.
  • Expertly handle all administrative duties: updating and maintaining status reports, opening dockets, managing BCR, etc., meticulously and promptly.
  • Manage and organize server documents for each account, ensuring all files are correctly saved, categorized, and accessible to the team.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of basic agency financial management, including revenue streams, expense tracking, and profit margins, to ensure informed decisions.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using Workbook and be adept at creating and managing accurate project estimates.
  • Assist in campaign development and oversee the production process, including coordinating meetings, managing copy revisions and approvals, and creating detailed workback schedules.
  • Prepare comprehensively for client presentations and meetings, including conducting IT checks, organizing room setup, preparing welcome signage, and arranging catering.
  • Keep clients and the account team consistently informed about project status, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns proactively.
