POSITION OVERVIEW

The Account Coordinator, Experiential Marketing is an entry-level role providing vital support to the account management team in the execution of client programs. Working closely with Account Managers and Directors, this role ensures flawless delivery of experiential marketing initiatives through exceptional project management, organization, and communication.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in Marketing or related discipline (preferred).
  • Up to 2 years of experiential/field marketing experience, ideally in a managerial or field leadership role.
  • Previous people management experience required.
  • Valid driver’s license and unlimited access to a vehicle required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends; travel up to 35%.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive problem solver with the ability to create efficiencies and process improvements.
  • Collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Bilingualism (English/French) considered an asset.
  • Comfortable with regular physical activity when required.

Responsibilities
  • Support divisional business objectives and program execution from start to finish.
  • Coordinate and manage daily workflows, logistics, and small-scale projects.
  • Own and run small-scale programs with oversight from senior team members.
  • Maintain program critical paths, workback schedules, and status trackers, proactively flagging variances or delays.
  • Participate in weekly status meetings; prepare contact reports and follow-ups.
  • Assist with internal trafficking of projects, vendor coordination, and procurement of program materials.
  • Recruit, schedule, train, and manage Brand Ambassadors/Team Leaders, including in-field coaching and development.
  • Support financial processes by tracking costs, processing invoices, updating budgets, and participating in reconciliations.
  • Deliver weekly reports and post-program summaries to measure impact and drive client value.
  • Stay current on marketing trends, competitive activity, and client industry insights.
  • Ensure operational excellence across experiential practices, including:


    • Retail sampling and sales events

    • Mall and mobile tours
    • Street/guerilla activations
    • Tradeshows and pop-up stores
    • Social media campaign integration
