Description Midwest Valve Services, a Novaspect Inc. company, is currently offering an opportunity for an Account Coordinator to join our team in Woodbury, MN. The successful candidate will perform various order management functions including day to day customer support, order entry, purchase order management, and expediting. Account Coordinator Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Customer Service: Customer facing/day to day phone support Develop strong working relationships Knowledge of appropriate business practices and procedures Participate in customer meetings as required Provide day-to-day phone support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally Order Entry & Management: Manage aspects of customer orders including order entry, purchasing, invoicing Reconcile customer purchase orders across various business areas, ensuring accuracy in detail such as payment terms, shipping information, and payment details Procure necessary parts through purchase order entry, vendor correspondence, pricing, and overseeing timely delivery Navigate efficiently between multiple software programs Expediting of parts and/or products Evaluate quotes and customer requirements to compile and present an effective Job Packet Oversee inventory and manage all shipping and receiving operations Perform other duties as required Requirements Account Coordinator Education and Experience: High School Diploma Required.
