We’re looking for an Account Coordinator to join our team!
If you are passionate about a career in shopper marketing in the beverage/alcohol industry and working on some amazing brands (Nutrl, SVNS, Cutwater, Mike’s Hard Lemonade), this might be the role for you. We are looking for someone with drive & passion to create something great and join an incredible team!
Within this role you will be developing client relationships, executing projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, & ultimately driving sales at the point of purchase.

QUALIFICATIONS

This role reports to the Account Supervisor but will work closely with the entire account team. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following duties:

• Project management:
• creating workback schedules
• managing timelines and budgets
• setting up internal and client meetings
• Manage internal and client communication and requests
• Manage internal systems, including new program set up and reporting
• Support with project resource planning and follow up requests
• Provide weekly status updates on program results/personnel, client program reporting and reviews
• Writing design and production briefs
• Attend client meetings or team activities outside the office and/or on occasion outside regular business hours

This is an entry level role in an agency environment. This role is currently in a hybrid work environment with 3 days at the Toronto office in Liberty Village and/or client office.
Salary $45,000-$50,000
