Position: Account Coordinator Reports to: Account Director Revision Date: March 2026 Work Location: Charlotte, NC Mythic employees are expected to work from 9:00am-5:30pm, but may also require evenings and weekends as client needs dictate. Must be authorized to work in the US without corporate assistance. Job Summary:  Mythic is seeking a detail-oriented Account Coordinator in Charlotte, NC, to provide essential project management and administrative support for mid-market and Fortune 500 client accounts. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between creative teams and account services, managing everything from internal work orders and status reports to client meeting logistics. It is an ideal position for an aspiring advertising professional with previous internship experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume agency environment. Job Responsibilities: Project Management (Own the Work) * Creating and managing job numbers in project management system * Drafting work orders * Proofread and edit documents; consolidate team edits * Trafficking creative * Update project timelines Account Services Support (Find a Way) * Maintain weekly status reports * Coordinate team and/or client meetings, including scheduling, meeting room set-up, catering and travel, as appropriate. * Act as a liaison between the creative department and account team. * Maintain monthly hours tracking for account services team, including hours reconciliation as necessary. * Supporting account team with production needs as required i.e. quoting, budgeting, etc Client Relationship Expectations (Create with Purpose) * Participate in client meetings and conference calls, leading note taking and generating and distributing conference reports.
