Account Coordinator About the Role: We’re looking for a motivated and proactive Account Coordinator to play a key role in growing our client base. In this role, you’ll be reaching out to potential clients, understanding their goals, and guiding them toward tailored financial solutions Core Responsibilities Conduct outbound outreach and respond to inbound inquiries from potential clients Qualify leads and identify opportunities to present relevant services Guide prospects through the initial stages of the sales cycle, including needs assessment and product recommendations Support clients through onboarding and ensure a smooth handoff to internal service teams Maintain accurate tracking of leads, calls, emails, and conversions in the CRM Qualifications High school diploma or college degree preferred Experience in sales, business development, or client outreach a plus but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a desire to meet and exceed performance goals What We Offer Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses and incentives.
