RECRUITMENT ACCOUNT COORDINATOR

Type: Permanent
Location: Grimsby
Salary: £26,500 + performance-related bonus
Hours: 5 out of 7 days per week, 1 weekend in 3, 8am – 5pm shifts

As the Recruitment Account Coordinator , you’ll be the face of recruitment excellence, helping drive performance, maintain high service standards, and create a positive working environment for temporary colleagues on-site.
What You’ll Be Doing:

As the Recruitment Account Coordinator, you’ll play a central role in both workforce management and client collaboration. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong relationships with workers and key client stakeholders
  • Attending forecasting and planning meetings to understand recruitment needs and challenges
  • Proactively identifying ways to improve processes, using feedback and data to enhance performance
  • Sourcing and onboarding candidates, ensuring quick turnaround and high service standards
  • Driving commercial growth, seeking new opportunities to expand the client footprint in the local area
  • Ensuring full compliance with AWR, Right to Work, and other legal frameworks
  • Managing payroll administration, attendance tracking, and supporting disciplinary and welfare meetings
  • Delivering regular performance reviews in collaboration with operations teams
