Position Overview:
As an Account Coordinator at Ran Foods Inc, you will play a crucial role in supporting
our account management team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. You will
be responsible for coordinating various aspects of client accounts, ensuring effective
communication, and maintaining strong client relationships. This position requires a
detail-oriented and proactive individual with excellent organizational and communication
skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned
clients, addressing their inquiries and providing timely updates on project status.
Account Management Support: Assist account managers in developing and
executing client strategies, proposals, and presentations.
Project Coordination: Coordinate and monitor project timelines, ensuring that
all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on account performance,
including key metrics and insights, to support data-driven decision-making.
Administrative Tasks: Manage account-related administrative tasks such as
scheduling meetings, maintaining client records, and processing invoices.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including creative,
marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during project
execution, ensuring client satisfaction.
Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to
support account strategy development.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a
related field.
Experience: Previous experience in account coordination, sales, or a related
role is preferred.
Skills:
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
