Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary operational contact for assigned National Account(s).
  • Manage order entry, tracking, expediting, designated report, and resolution of backorders/substitutions.
  • Coordinate with distribution centers and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Partner with assigned Account Manager/Executive to support corporate rollouts, new store openings, and smallwares/tabletop programs.
  • Maintain customer-specific order guides, online catalogs, and approved product lists.
  • Generate and distribute weekly/monthly performance reports (fill rates, spend by location, compliance with contract).
  • Support EDI, e-commerce portal, and system integration requirements for the account.
  • Provide consistent communication to both corporate buyers and individual store/unit managers.
  • Collaborate with Sales Support for escalation of urgent issues, while ensuring that National Account standards are maintained
