Description We are hiring an Account Coordinator to support order execution, credit coordination, and daily production tracking across key customer accounts. This role operates in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment where accuracy and accountability matter. You will own order integrity, monitor late orders, manage credit requests, and provide cross-account support when needed to ensure consistency and continuity. If you thrive on organization, clean data, and follow-through; this role is for you! What You’ll Own Accurate entry and validation of customer orders Identification and resolution of order discrepancies before production Preparation and tracking of credit requests through completion Daily monitoring of late-order reports and coordination with production teams Clear status updates and structured reporting Support of additional CSR-managed accounts during peak periods Requirements Strong attention to detail and personal accountability Advanced Excel skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working cross-functionally and following up persistently Process-minded, organized, and growth-oriented Preferred: ERP/order management system experience; manufacturing or production environment background.
