REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 2–3 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or talent coordination
  • Strong familiarity with Beauty & Fashion brands, trends, and seasonal cycles
  • Confident using platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube
  • Comfortable pitching, writing emails, and negotiating deliverables
  • Strong organizational skills — you’re a planner who loves spreadsheets, trackers, and clear systems
  • Sharp attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple deadlines at once
  • Ability to take initiative, anticipate next steps, and problem-solve without needing constant direction
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, virtual, in-person)
  • Photo/production/video editing is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a proactive, highly organized Account Coordinator to support our Influencer Talent Division, working closely with talent across the Beauty & Fashion space.
This role is a blend of talent management, strategic planning, and personal brand development. You must be confident managing multiple projects, anticipating needs, and communicating clearly — both internally and externally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • PRIORITY: Proactively foster and nurture brand and agency relationships to identify paid partnership opportunities for our talent.
  • Act as a reliable support to the talent manager, keeping projects moving with minimal oversight.
  • Assist in day-to-day talent management, including organizing deliverables, flagging gaps, and helping talent plan for upcoming opportunities.
  • Schedule meetings, take detailed notes, and manage calendars with attention to conflicts and event timelines.
  • Stay ahead of content needs by reviewing upcoming events and ensuring talent are styled and prepared accordingly.
  • Maintain and organize Google Drive files, content trackers, and internal documentation for fast reference.
  • On-site: Assist with unboxing, production prep, BTS support, cleanup, and general coordination during content shoots.
