This role offers a dynamic work environment combining office, on-site, and local daytime travel-based responsibilities. You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Account Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Manage client inquiries, conduct face-to-face visits, and maintain accurate client profiles.
  • Site Management: Perform physical and digital site audits, ensuring all equipment is functional and positioned correctly.
  • Operational Support: Assist with onboarding, software training, and troubleshooting client issues.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work with account executives, IT, and operations teams to optimize service and identify business opportunities.

Account Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in account management, customer service, or sales in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for local site visits.
  • (Valid Drivers License and Vehicle required)
