Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT programs and services, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
  • Oversee cross-functional teams across cloud, DevOps, enterprise platforms, and infrastructure domains.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ASPICE and ISO 26262 where applicable.

Client Success & Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary delivery interface, building trusted relationships with client stakeholders across engineering, procurement, and program management.
  • Proactively identify client needs and align delivery strategies to support their business goals.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and implement feedback loops to drive continuous improvement.

Strategic Engagement

  • Support account growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with sales and solution teams.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap alignment with the client’s digital transformation initiatives.

Operational Excellence

  • Drive continuous improvement, cost optimization, and delivery predictability across all workstreams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective staffing, onboarding, and retention of delivery personnel in high-demand areas like cybersecurity, test automation, and cloud engineering.
