  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) >4.0 across all projects
  • Ensure a premium client experience at every touchpoint
  • Proactively address issues and implement corrective actions
  • Build trust through transparent communication and reliable delivery

KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT

  • Document project outcomes, lessons learned, and best practices
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for client handovers
  • Build reusable assets and accelerators for future projects
  • Contribute to Neurons Lab’s intellectual property and thought leadership

  • AI/ML/Data Science Delivery Experience (3+ years) - Experience delivering AI and machine learning projects with measurable business impact
  • Financial Services Industry Experience (2+ years preferred) - Understanding of banking, insurance, or capital markets operations and challenges
