DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for an Account Development Executive to join our successful Sales team. This role blends traditional business development skills with those of a license salesperson. You will be responsible for outbound lead generation into named accounts/prospects, inbound lead qualification and the closure of small/mid-sized license deals. For larger named accounts, you will work closely with the senior Sales executives who own the accounts, to qualify and develop opportunities and share the revenue on these deals when they close.

Responsibilities
  • Tailor outbound messaging and value propositions based on campaign specifications;
  • Conduct account research, maintain and update territory and/or account plans, including capturing and documenting requirements;
  • Manage inbound leads from multiple sources (Enfogen, trade shows, marketing campaigns etc.) and ensure they are properly tracked;
  • Qualify leads and convert them into opportunities within Salesforce;
  • Work with other members of the sales team, including presales, to assess product fit relative to client requirements;
  • Execute full sales cycles of small to mid-sized deals taking sole ownership or sharing the responsibility with a Senior Salesperson (subject to experience);
  • Work closely with Senior Salespeople to support product demos and presentations, assist with pricing strategies, and manage relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.
