Job Description We are currently seeking a Sales leader for Algeria market who will be a part of the region Sales Team and under FMCG function and will be the link between NIQ and our Clients. He/She will be responsible for commercial activities and growing the business in Algeria including the new initiatives associated with their nominated Accounts and accountable for achieving the company target set by the management. The Sales Lead closely collaborates with other functions to reach these financial targets for their Accounts. He/She will be Leading a Sales team for Algeria. To guide, follow and set targets to achieve the overall company target. Candidates will have accomplished skills in business development and sales. They will also have strong interpersonal skills and use these to delve deep into the client business, truly understanding the challenges and questions. They live and breathe clients and are able to demonstrate the value of NIQ solutions, thus driving engagement and growing the business. REQUIREMENTS: As Sales Lead you will have following key accountabilities: You need to have a growth mindset to be responsible to achieve sales growth. You transform client strategies and key questions into new business initiatives. You manage overall client relationship with NIQ, liaising with internal departments to provide a client centric experience. You develop a team who can manager new and existing relationships with customers to achieve sales growth. QUALIFICATIONS: English C1 level 7-10 years experience Experience in FMCG industry with background on sales Analytical skills with a proven track record of data analysis and interpretation Passionate about sales, hunter mindset.
