Job Title: Account Development Representative Location: Goodyear, AZ (On-site) Schedule: Mon–Thu 7am–4pm, Fri 7am–11am (flexible) Pay: $23–$24.50/hr | Contract-to-Hire 90 Day Contract-to-hire - Will switch from hourly to salary once converted. Commissions can be had while on temp to hire status! Responsibilities: - Make outbound sales calls to auto shops. - Manage high-volume, short sales cycles. - Communicate product benefits clearly. - Track leads and progress in CRM. - Collaborate with your team to hit goals. Qualifications: Strong communication and phone skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Telesales or inside sales experience preferred. Comfortable with CRM tools. 4-year degree preferred but not required. Compensation & Benefits: Uncapped commissions. Example: $300k in volume = $3,600/month in commissions.
