QUALIFICATIONS

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a mid-level ADR, you’ll take greater ownership of sales strategies, outreach campaigns, and revenue-generating initiatives. You will be responsible for building relationships with high-value partners, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring seamless collaboration between marketing and sales teams.
This role is an accelerated path to leadership, preparing you for senior roles in Partner Sales, Channel Management, or Business Development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✅ Partner Relationship Management & Expansion

  • Build and manage relationships with key partners to drive referrals and co-selling opportunities.
  • Identify and onboard new partners in industries aligned with DataMap’s solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, helping them navigate joint sales opportunities.

✅ Outbound Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Drive partner-driven sales pipeline growth, ensuring a steady stream of high-quality leads.
  • Work with leadership to develop and execute targeted sales outreach strategies.
  • Proactively engage with decision-makers and influencers within partner organizations.

✅ Sales & Marketing Alignment

  • Ensure marketing campaigns are effectively supporting partner sales initiatives.
  • Develop partner-specific messaging, collateral, and lead-generation content.
  • Assist in refining sales scripts, presentations, and outreach playbooks.

✅ Market Research & Strategic Insights

  • Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to inform sales and marketing decisions.
  • Identify emerging industry opportunities and recommend new go-to-market approaches.
  • Leverage data and analytics to optimize partner outreach and engagement.

✅ Performance Tracking & Reporting
