JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Account Development Representative, you will explore new business opportunities within certain target industries and personas.

TARGETED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluency in Swedish Language, C1 level or Higher.
  • Fluency in English Language, C1 level or Higher.
  • CRM, Salesforce, SalesLoft, Outreach.IO and other sales tech stack experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Min 6-12 months of outbound Business Development or sales experience (SaaS experience preferable)
  • Experience self-prospecting leads and building your own pipeline.
  • Strong sales aptitude skills, solutions-oriented with a passion for the customer and the customer experience.
  • Highly driven with a passion for sales and for developing as a sales professional.
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for technology and the ability to learn, comprehend, and explain technology.
