Account Director – Aon Far East Amsterdam | 38.75 hours per week | Hybrid | €6,000 – €8,000 per month Are you a commercial leader who thrives on both strategic and operational impact? As a driven and results-oriented Account Director at Aon, you will play a pivotal role in taking the performance of our Far East team to the next level! What you’ll do As Account Director – Aon Far East, you will be the key driver of growth and relationship management for a select portfolio of globally recognized Japanese companies with operations in the Netherlands. You will identify and seize commercial opportunities, delivering outstanding results in collaboration with your colleagues. Your responsibilities include: Managing a focused portfolio of Japanese multinational clients. Advising on Risk and Health solutions tailored to their needs. Acting as a trusted sparring partner for your team on complex cases and commercial strategies. Initiating and leading business development activities to strengthen client relationships. You thrive on taking the lead in market development and acquisition, achieving commercial success together with your team. What we’re looking for The ideal candidate combines a strong commercial mindset with proven experience in advising corporate clients. Additionally, we value: Fluency in Japanese and English. Affinity with Japanese culture (a strong plus given our client base). Willingness to travel occasionally, primarily to Japan and Switzerland. Higher professional education level (HBO).
