Introduction This is a high‑impact commercial role where you’ll own and grow key client relationships across Australasia. You’ll shape demand, influence conversion, and drive revenue through strong partnerships with clients and hotel teams. If you thrive on relationship‑led sales, strategic account growth and market influence, this role offers scope, visibility and real commercial accountability. Your Day to Day * Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, building strong relationships and long‑term account plans. * Drive new business opportunities while maximising share and revenue from existing clients. * Partner closely with hotel sales teams to support conversion and negotiate commercial agreements. * Use market insights and performance data to guide account strategy and business decisions. * Represent the organisation at industry events, building presence and credibility in the market. What We Need From You * A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing or Hospitality Management. * Strong experience managing key accounts and driving new business in sales or commercial roles. * Proven ability to negotiate, influence and build trusted client relationships. * Solid understanding of revenue planning, forecasting and commercial performance. * Excellent communication and presentation skills with the confidence to represent multiple properties. Responsibilities
