THE ROLE
The Account Director will play a strategic and creative role within the Programme Partnerships team at StoryWorks, overseeing the delivery of high-quality content campaigns and driving commercial performance.
They are responsible for building and managing a pipeline of commercial partners, engaging with senior decision-makers and key opinion leaders across various industries to identify and secure content partnerships, account growth, and repeat business revenue streams.
Working closely with creative and production teams, the Account Director will ensure each campaign meets commercial objectives and achieves creative excellence, contributing to the development of scalable revenue streams and fostering a high-performing, collaborative team environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project leadership and end-to-end ownership of the full partnership cycle from research, prospecting and pitching to closing, campaign development and account growth.
Application of insights and data to refine sales strategy, improve conversion, and inform content development.
Proven experience in a commercial or business development role
