Responsibilities
  • Strategic Account Leadership – Develop and execute multi-year account plans for Rogers Communications and other targeted Canadian telecom accounts, aligning solutions with customer roadmaps and industry trends.
  • Revenue Growth & Sales Execution – Drive hardware and software sales across the HFC and PON product portfolio, achieving or exceeding annual revenue targets.
  • Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with customer decision-makers, influencers, and technical stakeholders.
  • Solution Positioning – Collaborate with product management, engineering, and solution architecture teams to position the company’s offerings as the preferred choice for end-to-end network evolution.
  • Contract Negotiation – Lead high-value commercial negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and protecting company margins.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence – Monitor competitive activity, market trends, and technology shifts within the Canadian telecom landscape to inform strategy and product positioning.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination – Partner with internal sales, engineering, service, and support teams to ensure successful solution delivery, deployment, and lifecycle management.
