Develop a personalised talent programme that aligns with the organisational needs Qualifications About You To succeed in this role, you’ll need to bring the best version of yourself and a passion for all things food and service delivery. Previous experience working with a facilities management company is essential. Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-site operations with turnover in excess of £10m in the catering or hospitality industry Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and customer insights to shape winning strategies. A track record of driving innovation in food services and embracing new trends. Strong presentation skills and the charisma to influence stakeholders at all levels. A leader who champions health & safety, diversity, and inclusion. ESG expertise, with a history of implementing sustainable and impactful strategies.
