SUMMARY
We’re seeking an experienced Account Director to join our growing team at Kigo. You will be the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for our large enterprise partners, ensuring their success from initial product implementation and onboarding through ongoing account growth and scaling. You will leverage your expertise in relationship management, project execution, and strategic account development to drive partner satisfaction, product adoption, and maximize the value of their partnership with Kigo.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in managing complex enterprise accounts within the marketing technology or advertising technology space. Reporting directly to VP of Strategic Accounts, you’ll be a key to building relationships with our publisher partners.
You will lead strategic initiatives to drive partner success and fuel company growth by delivering exceptional loyalty experiences and advertising campaigns. You will combine deep customer obsession, advanced technical expertise, and strategic leadership to build and maintain strong partner relationships, oversee the implementation of innovative solutions, and expand Kigo’s loyalty media network. This role requires exceptional communication, active listening, and the ability to solve complex challenges with creative, scalable solutions. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Kigo’s merchant advertising, sales, and development teams, navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment to consistently exceed partner expectations and drive Kigo’s growth in the dynamic loyalty marketplace.
