At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
This role is in our Public Network Operators team, our team is responsible for providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new fixed and mobile networks, while supporting the repair, upgrade, maintenance and operation of existing networks. We’re on the hunt for an Account Director to lead our account management and business development team, looking after our relationship with one of our key clients. You’ll be the go-to person for the client relationship, making sure they’re happy, their needs are met, and spotting opportunities to grow their account. Plus, you’ll help us find new clients and business opportunities. The work includes things like building next-generation fibre networks, repair & maintenance programmes, customer connections, and complex upgrade and refurbishment of technical sites. You’ll shape strategies, create bids, represent us at events, and work closely with teams to keep clients smiling and projects smooth.

What you’ll bring
We need someone who knows Telecoms inside-out, can craft top-notch reports and presentations (PowerPoint skills are a must), and has a knack for closing deals. You’ll need to handle conflicts, negotiate like a pro, and have solid experience in senior client-facing roles. Great communication, emotional intelligence, and a passion for business development are key. Good English, maths, and a driving licence are essential too. Ready to bring your A-game?
