Reachcom for Media & Advertising is hiring an Account Director. This is a full-time position based in Maadi, Egypt, for candidates with extensive experience in account management and client services. We partner with brands to create impactful campaigns, combining strategy, creativity, and high-quality execution in every project. About the Role We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Account Director to manage client relationships, oversee key accounts, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, an excellent leader, and experienced in aligning client goals with creative solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple client accounts, serving as the main point of contact. Develop account strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives and agency capabilities. Oversee project execution, timelines, and budgets while maintaining quality standards. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, media, and production departments. Provide leadership and mentorship to account managers and coordinators. Monitor industry trends and provide insights to clients and internal teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. At least 7 years of experience in account management or client services, preferably in an advertising or media agency. Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale accounts successfully. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
