UNFOLD is seeking a proven Account Director to lead the strategic efforts of Unfold’s client engagements with the ability to leverage all of Unfold’s network of capabilities to maintain and grow Unfold’s client accounts. Responsibilities * Foster meaningful client relationships for a portfolio of agency accounts that are built on trust and dependability. * Demonstrate visionary leadership skills with ability to process complex ideas/problems and articulate solutions to clients. * Prove to be a strategic partner to the client by truly understanding the client’s needs and objectives, and in turn, providing direction in the form of insightful creative strategies and innovative campaign ideas that help clients achieve maximum results / profit from their marketing spend. * Deep understanding of the capabilities within the Unfold network in order to identify actionable 360 opportunities that would align with the respective client needs. * Organically grow existing client accounts but also garner new business opportunities. * Take the lead on conveying the needs of the client to the internal teams and ensuring that Unfold executes seamlessly on client objectives with the utmost attention-to-detail. * Utilize analytics / metrics to drive decisions in a way that yields measurable results * Work closely with the Finance team to oversee the finances of account revenue and profitability as well as ensuring accurate billing, budgeting and forecasting * Provide mentorship and coaching within client teams to instill practices of exceptional client services built around over delivering to delight the client. * Continually learning and staying on top of industry trends in order to continually enhance client deliverables. Requirements * 5-7 years of client services experience within a fast-paced digital / social agency setting * Proven experience in leading, managing, and motivating a collaborative account / internal team, * Experience within the [entertainment / gaming / brand] space. * Successful track record of sales success in terms of growing existing accounts and garnering new business relationships * Well-connected with strong industry relationships. * Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams effectively to delivery maximum results * Solid experience formulating and delivering strategic account strategies, and roadmaps. * Easily navigates tight deadlines, quick turnarounds, sudden changes / roadblocks and demonstrates a collected, solution-oriented mindset. * Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills with impeccable attention-to-detail. * Excellent presentation skills with the ability to command the presence of a room. * Ability to represent Unfold with the utmost professionalism and tact at every turn. * Naturally wired to go above and beyond to deliver for the client, both after-hours or on weekends. * Open to travel as needed.
