Are you a proactive, results-driven sales professional with a passion for growing MICE and Corporate Accounts? PPHE Hotel Group is looking for an Account Director to lead and grow high-value accounts both locally and globally. If you’re a strategic thinker with a proven track record in account management and a flair for developing strong client relationships, this is the role for you.
As Account Director, you’ll take charge of some of PPHE’s important MICE accounts, managing relationships and driving performance to new heights. You’ll have the opportunity to build and execute innovative strategies across local, national, and global markets, growing market share and delivering real value for both our clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop MICE strategy and direction and drive bookings to PPHE’s portfolio.
- Travel where necessary across the UK, Europe, and the US, representing PPHE and strengthening our position in the market.
- Manage the strategic relationships with MICE clients across UK, Europe and US markets)
- Communicate strategy, ADP, and activities on a regular basis, along with relevant issues, opportunities and successes.
- Work with verticals – Pharma and Associations.
- Leverage your expertise to analyse market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback, ensuring that PPHE stays at the forefront of the Corporate & MICE segments.
