Location: South UK Base – Frequent visits at our Winnersh Head Office
REL is seeking a highly skilled Account Director/Client Director to join our team on a Fixed-Term Contract until December 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of key client relationships, lead cross-functional teams, and drive success in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with a leading global sports brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between the EU central team, product teams, external agencies, and key clients. Drive engagement through regular reviews and strategic touchpoints.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Trainers and Retail Ambassadors across the UK and Europe, ensuring they consistently meet business goals and client expectations.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgets, ensuring the team remains on track and delivers results within financial parameters. Monitor and report on P&L, maximizing profitability while staying within budget.
  • Strategic Development: Drive business growth through innovative recruitment strategies, operational efficiencies, and the delivery of tailored training solutions. Work closely with key clients to ensure that training and operational processes align with broader business objectives.
  • Market Expansion: Leverage your experience managing international markets to shape strategies that meet the diverse needs of the regions, ensuring cultural and market considerations are taken into account.
  • Client Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, driving strategic initiatives and maintaining open communication channels to foster ongoing success.
