ABOUT THE ROLE:
REBORN is an independent Creative and Media agency delivering campaigns with cultural impact and commercial performance. We partner with leading brands in FMCG, travel and wellness to create ideas that move fast and scale smart.
To help with new client wins, REBORN is looking for an Account Director to join our team.
This role would suit someone who likes being part of a nimble, fast-paced, independent agency team and enjoys the flexibility of working from home and having the option to go into our Sydney office in North Sydney. The role on offer is full time, but we are open to flexible working hours and accelerated weeks.
You are a commercially driven account lead who turns performance data into decisive action. You shape end-to-end digital programmes that grow revenue and brand equity, blending media, creative, and technology to deliver measurable impact for clients.
You know how to maintain effective, compelling client relationships. Digitally minded & marketing-savvy with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, our Account Director has a sound understanding of digital campaigns, social media and digital marketing and enjoys working collaboratively, as well as autonomously, to develop and execute successful digital strategies and campaigns.
Working closely with our Group Account Director, our Account Director derives professional satisfaction from delivering results, nurturing strong client relationships, and problem solving.
